Older slab homes may experience slight shifting that impacts seals and fittings, while newer properties can have issues from leftover construction debris. We take these factors into account to address the true cause—not just the visible symptom.
Comprehensive Toilet Plumbing Solutions
Our services are designed to cover every aspect of toilet plumbing, including:
- Fixing leaks and faulty flushing mechanisms
- Clearing toilet clogs
- Installing new toilets and plumbing connections
- Routine servicing to maintain performance
Regular upkeep plays an important role in preventing larger issues. Our maintenance services help keep your system operating efficiently year-round, reducing the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs.
When we arrive, we begin by understanding what you’ve noticed—whether it’s weak flushing, unusual noises, or water pooling at the base. From there, we perform targeted checks to determine whether the issue is with the fixture itself or deeper within the plumbing system. This ensures you’re not paying for unnecessary replacements when a simpler fix will do.
For homeowners deciding between repair and replacement, we explain the long-term benefits of each option. Older toilets may still work but often waste water and require frequent repairs. In such cases, upgrading to a modern unit can improve efficiency and reliability. We also evaluate surrounding components like supply lines and valves so you have a full understanding before making a decision.
Our Process for Toilet Repairs and Replacements
Knowing what to expect makes the service process easier and less stressful. When you contact us, our team gathers details about your issue, the age of your fixtures, and any previous work done. This helps us prepare properly and estimate the time needed for your appointment.
Once on site, we carry out a detailed inspection of the toilet and connected plumbing. This includes checking valves, tank components, seals, and how the fixture connects to your drainage system. Before starting any work, we clearly explain your options, associated costs, and what each solution means for the future.
After approval, we protect surrounding areas, complete the repair or installation, and thoroughly test the system. We check for leaks, ensure the toilet is stable, and confirm proper drainage. Before leaving, we review the work with you, answer questions, and make sure your space is left clean and tidy.
Common Toilet Problems In Fort Worth Homes
Toilet issues often follow recognizable patterns, especially in Fort Worth homes. Some properties experience slight movement that causes toilets to loosen, while others develop hidden leaks around the base. Older drainage systems may lead to recurring clogs or weak flushing, indicating deeper pipe concerns rather than surface-level blockages.
Running toilets are another common issue, often caused by worn internal parts or mineral buildup from hard water. These problems can increase water bills if left unaddressed. We also assess how water pressure and system components interact, as small adjustments can significantly improve performance.
In certain cases, external factors like tree roots or shifting soil can affect drainage lines. Toilets that back up during heavy water use or rain may point to broader plumbing concerns. For these situations, we recommend targeted diagnostics to identify the exact cause and determine the most effective solution.
Common Toilet Problems We See
- Toilets that wobble or feel unstable
- Slow flushing or frequent clogs
- Constantly running toilets and rising water bills
- Mineral buildup affecting internal components
- Backups caused by roots or soil movement
- Leaks or stains around the base
By identifying the underlying issue, Master Repair Plumbing helps Fort Worth homeowners resolve toilet problems efficiently—saving time, reducing costs, and preventing future disruptions.

"I just took a nice long shower in our bathroom that recently had a stopped sewer line, and wanted to thank Mike at Master Repair for his hard work. Fortunately, he was able to come out the same day we called! The stoppage ended up being 100' from the city sewer cleanout, and it took some back and forth with a camera and cable to clear it. But Mike was tenacious and patient. Plus, he was such a nice guy! He even gave us an estimate for the sewer line replacement we'll need eventually (old clay pipe + tree roots, sigh). He says he doesn't read these, but I hope someone else in the office passes the message along."

" Quick & Competent! When my home insurance adjuster learned I used Master he replied 'Oh! Master Plumbing! Did someone refer you? They are the best around and who I use personally at my own home.' That spoke volumes to me and it's good to now have a plumber on my list of trusted service companies. "

"We called Master Repair out to fix a leak we had in the wall between our house and our outside faucet. They let us know when they were coming and they showed up 15 minutes early. They were very professional and explained each step they went through. They left to get a part but came back quickly and our repair was done in two hours. I was very pleased that they cleaned up the area and except for the water you couldn't even tell they had been there. The price was extremely affordable and I have called them to return and take care of a smaller problem inside. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and cost."

" Chad from Master Repair Plumbing is the man. I had another plumbing company come out to take a look at a leak that was coming out of the exterior of my house below the kitchen sink between the slab and the bricks. This company said it was a leak in the slab and quoted me $10k to jackhammer through and make the repair after charging me a super expensive diagnosis fee. My insurance thought that quote was high for that job so they connected me to Master Repair Plumbing for a second opinion. Chad came out and quickly diagnosed that the problem was a leak *above* the slab and made the repair on the spot for the same amount as the first company's diagnosis fee(which was entirely coincidental). He also told me that if I did actually have the leak in the slab where the first company thought it was, Master Repair Plumbing would've charged less than HALF of what the first company was going to charge. I asked the first company for a refund and they wanted to send their people back out again because they had a hard time believing the fix was that simple. So I scheduled Chad specifically to come out at the same time they were coming out to have everyone on the same page. Chad performed a static water test in front of the other company at my house, explained how he found the problem, and proved how they had misdiagnosed the problem which ultimately saved me thousands. The other company admitted their error and I'm getting a refund for their expensive misdiagnosis fee. If you have a slab leak, want someone to explain in detail what they're seeing, show you, prove it with a static water test, AND not be afraid to come out again to back up their work in front of another company, give your business to Master Repair Plumbing. They are honest and won't gouge you. "
