"I just took a nice long shower in our bathroom that recently had a stopped sewer line, and wanted to thank Mike at Master Repair for his hard work. Fortunately, he was able to come out the same day we called! The stoppage ended up being 100' from the city sewer cleanout, and it took some back and forth with a camera and cable to clear it. But Mike was tenacious and patient. Plus, he was such a nice guy! He even gave us an estimate for the sewer line replacement we'll need eventually (old clay pipe + tree roots, sigh). He says he doesn't read these, but I hope someone else in the office passes the message along."

"We called Master Repair out to fix a leak we had in the wall between our house and our outside faucet. They let us know when they were coming and they showed up 15 minutes early. They were very professional and explained each step they went through. They left to get a part but came back quickly and our repair was done in two hours. " Chad from Master Repair Plumbing is the man. I had another plumbing company come out to take a look at a leak that was coming out of the exterior of my house below the kitchen sink between the slab and the bricks. This company said it was a leak in the slab and quoted me $10k to jackhammer through and make the repair after charging me a super expensive diagnosis fee. My insurance thought that quote was high for that job so they connected me to Master Repair Plumbing for a second opinion. Chad came out and quickly diagnosed that the problem was a leak *above* the slab and made the repair on the spot for the same amount as the first company's diagnosis fee(which was entirely coincidental). He also told me that if I did actually have the leak in the slab where the first company thought it was, Master Repair Plumbing would've charged less than HALF of what the first company was going to charge. I asked the first company for a refund and they wanted to send their people back out again because they had a hard time believing the fix was that simple. So I scheduled Chad specifically to come out at the same time they were coming out to have everyone on the same page. Chad performed a static water test in front of the other company at my house, explained how he found the problem, and proved how they had misdiagnosed the problem which ultimately saved me thousands. The other company admitted their error and I'm getting a refund for their expensive misdiagnosis fee. If you have a slab leak, want someone to explain in detail what they're seeing, show you, prove it with a static water test, AND not be afraid to come out again to back up their work in front of another company, give your business to Master Repair Plumbing. They are honest and won't gouge you. "
